Molly Gibson
Marketing Practitioner for Dreamers
Success through experience guided by imagination
Peer Imagination speaks to the dreamer in all of us.
Peer-ness: (my word and definition) the freedom to let our imagination roam by exchanging ideas and utilizing our experiences to benefit others. We rely on our peers to guide us. My expertise is in marketing, branding, presenting, and copywriting. My passion is communication and re-imaging new ways for businesses to communicate within their doors and outside to their customers.
Why me? In the peer world: It’s all about earning street cred. This is who I am. These are my proven skills. This is what I’ve done. This is what I learned. And this is how it translates to my business and expertise. My services only include the areas where I have field experience, education, and success.
Peer Imagination underscores the idea that if we don’t dream BIG our ideas stay small.
My business is communication
- Smart marketing: where message and design prevail
- Branding et all
- Power writing in most mediums
- Expertise in messaging wellness, resilience, and empowerment
- Developing a list of actions that move with you as you move forward
presenting to groups of peers
I don’t teach what I haven’t practiced. I walk the walk first.
I took a sabbatical into the healthcare field so I could gather fresh ideas on effective communication before returning to my sales and marketing roots. Along with my tried and true presentations, my new workshops reflect that growth.
All Presentations:
New:
• Utilizing therapeutic principles to improve customer experience
• Collaborative goal setting with clients
• Mentoring tools and practices to grow client and employee retention
• Branding every word
Continuing:
• Selling to multiple generations of women
• How to sell guy stuff to women
• Hiring saleswomen in mostly male industries: cars, insurance, audio/video retail, and more.
Peer Evolution and Mentorship
I want to bring older workers who have tons of street cred back into the workforce. If there isn’t a designated “mentor” in your company who inspires your staff then employees leave. Don’t leave it up to YouTube to teach your staff resiliency, empowerment, and problem solving skills. Learn more how I can help implement a mentoring program into your business. Reward others hard fought wisdom and create future mentors.
