Developing Mentorship Programs for Businesses who want to think BIG…
Individual Mentoring
Explorers ask questions. I will collaborate with you on all aspects of living and working. Mentoring isn’t just about guiding you through the channels to find secure and satisfying life—it’s providing wellness practices, available resources, and skills to deal with all the emotions that arise from making changes.
Together we’ll…
- Remove all versions of “can’t” along with the gum
- Revisit and expand all your strengths
- Explore your dreams for the future—without judgement
- Embrace your resilience
- Invent (an imaginative word) a list of actions that move with you as move you forward
Become a Peer Support Coach
Peer work is one of the fastest growing fields in healthcare. And they are being incorporated into practices, centers, and hospitals.
This is standard explanation in a job posting. “Someone who has personal experience either directly or through a family member through —a physical illness, mental health, or recovery. This person will assist others in their journey by sharing their knowledge and history around the situation. They help clients in articulating personal goals for recovery through one-to-one meetings and group sessions. Supports clients in identifying and creating goals and developing skills for challenges. May operate in a residential environment, hospital, outpatient clinic, school, consumer and family homes, or other community based environments.”
Let my experience help you get a job in this new and growing field. At Community Reach Center I was part of the interviewing team, reviewed resumes, and created training programs.
• Identify how to translate your life experiences into usable skills
• Create your resume outline and cover letter
• Prepare for the interview
• Strategize on how to follow up after the interview
